ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Reuben holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hon) degree in political Science and History, University of Ghana. He holds a certificate in writing skills, Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ), Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology and a certificate in German as foreign language, Volkschochschul, Lubeck, Germany. Reuben holds a diploma in Business Studies (DBS) Accounting Option, Takoradi

Polytechnic.
Reuben taught Information Systems at the Advanced Professional Studies (APS), Accra, Ghana. He worked as Assistant Accountant at Khofaz Ltd. and Ro-Marong Grafix (GH) Ltd. respectively, Accra Ghana.

Reuben is a certified HIV/AIDS counselor. Presently he coordinates the UNHCR/NCS HIV/AID Project at the Buduburam Refugee Settlement, Ghana. He has facilitated numerous HIV/AIDS workshops and assessments in Ghana and Liberia.

Reuben has written a number of manuscripts and articles:
"Liberia: The Birth of Crises, a Historical Overview". A historical novel "The Family Quarrel", Information Systems: A teaching manual" etc.

Dear All:
I went to Liberia on the sponsorship of Global Strategies for HIV Prevention and did an assessment of the HIV/AIDS program. The same organization sponsored the printing of the assessment in a book. I have the books ready for distribution to interested parties in Liberia and individuals who may be interested in the HIV/AIDS program in Liberia. As you can see it entails a lot of money and hard work. Sending the books to Liberia needs some money for shipment. I have to also recover some of the cost on the publication. In line of this, I am selling a copy of the book for US$50.00. The price also includes posting to various destinations that requests may come from I do not want you to consider the amount as too big a price for a book for the benefit of our people who need it most in Liberia.
